What sort of workouts will I have access to, and can I choose which ones I do and how often?

Signing up to the TAPfit app gives you access to a huge range of guided workouts that you can do from home, whenever it fits in with your schedule. You’ll have TAPfit, Barre, Strength, Meditation & Low Impact Workouts, each of which is guided by myself or one of our expert trainers. There is no set number of workouts that you need to do each week, however for optimal fitness we always recommend ‘getting your body moving’ at least once a day. This can even be one of our five or ten minute no-equipment workouts.

Do I need a gym, home gym setup or any fitness equipment?

Absolutely no need for a gym membership or an elaborate home gym setup! All you require is a bit of space at home and your trusty phone. We've crafted a diverse range of workout options, ranging from lively no-equipment dance workouts to the engaging TAPfit sessions

While TAPfit workouts offer an immersive experience, complete with body-brain benefits, using our specially designed TAPfit taps is recommended. These taps not only allow you to hear the rhythmic progress you're making but also enhance the overall workout experience. However, it's important to note that all our workouts are crafted to be equipment-free, ensuring that you can achieve fantastic results with just your commitment and energy. So, whether you're tapping along or dancing equipment-free, we've got you covered on your journey to great results
